Marshallom Canada Ltd. - China Manufacturing Plant

From humble beginnings in 1993, Shenzhen Marshallom Metal Manufacture Co., Ltd. was born. Starting out as a tin punching factory, it has grown and expanded to provide in house service for the complete assembly of tin packaging. The company currently employs over 2,500 skilled workers with more then 300 professional technical employees.

The company is in full construction of Marshallom Packing Industrial Park. It is the first tinplate manufacturer that integrates environmental garden protection with professionalism. The industral park utlitlies 120,000 square metres of land and contains our offices and manufacturing facilities, as well as residences for our employees, entertainment factilities (free internet cafe, library, television area, etc.), sports facilities (soccer field, basketball court, ping pong, billards, etc.), convenience store and semi-natural park. We believe that all our employees are part of the Marshallom family and deserve the best that we can give them.

The site currently houses the Marshallom(Huizhou)Metal Packing & Printing Ltd. which is responsible for prepartion and completion of the printed metal for production on the tin punching line. The company has the most advanced printing machine utilizing the Fuji PRIMEXP452 printing machine, the CARTREE two-colour pring machine, with another Fuji PRIMEX printing machine installed in February 2008. The art production department works with the clients print designer and produces high quality & crisp pantone colours in outputting the printed metal. The printing company supplies all the Marshallom production companies with the metal for their orders, as well as suppling other tin companies with the means to complete their orders.

The tinplate storehouse is located next to the printing factory and utilizes 2,600 square metres. In order to meet the supply demands of our customers and to establish quick turnaround times, we store metal materials of various specifications. The metals are purchased and stored in rolls, their native state after production, this allows our company to cut and level the metal material to guarantee the highest quality and requirements for DTP & print.

In the middle of 2008, we completed the construction of two manufacturing buildings which each contain a metal manufacturing floor, two packaging floors, warehousing and offices.

Once completed, Marshallom Packing Industrial Park's full capacity will produce monthly, approximately 15 million pieces. This will help improve efficiency, as the printing, production, and packaging & shipping facilities will be interconnected to help streamline the idea of a "complete, continuous and smooth transition" from the raw tin to the finished tin package, "a one-stop packaging service solution".

In addition to the industrial park, Marshallom has three other production facilities in the Guangdong provice. The original Marshallom Production factory in LongHua, China, a sister company located in Gan Lan, China and another facility in DongGuan, China.

Each factory employs master tool and die makers that will design molds to custom and unique shape and size requirements. All molds are fabricated on-site with precision ensured by computer accurate cutting and skilled craftsmanship. This presents Marshallom with the ability to bring to life our customer's imagination.
